So if you haven't noticed, I've been attempting to give trip write ups a theme...I've done numbers in Germany and music in Nice.  I'm going to go a bit contemporary and use hash tags for Scandinavia.  My kids probably won't get hash tags, because by that point they will be using the asterisk or God forbid the back slash.  And who am I kidding, they will be A&A's kids, which means they will be way too cool for hash tags.  Themes are hard!

#amongstmypeople - the tour group is great, very friendly and good atmosphere.  Love the guide, so far she is just the right amount of patient.  Love that she is quick to point out that we signed up to walk a lot, so no grumbling allowed.  The group is made up of Rick steves - ophiles.  I'm in my element.

#blondies - there are a lot of blonde people in Sweden in case you were wondering.  The rumors are true.  And Swedish men = lekker (Dutch for good)

#dragontattoo - saw the apartment where the main computer hacker girl from the Millennium series supposedly lived.  Also ate dinner in one of the restaurants from the book.  Also happened to see the guy from the Swedish version of the film who plays the main character.  #starstruck

#cloudywithchanceofmeatballs - meatballs for dinner that were not from ikea.

#tryanythingonce - had pickled herring for the starter course for dinner.  Not as bad as it sounds.  Also not great.  

#beerme - Swedish beer helps the pickled herring

#royalwatch - staying near where the Swedish royalty come out to mingle with the common folks.  I would make a great princess.

#watchyourwallet - so expensive here.  But gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous.

#notpocketsize - I've already had someone call me short on this trip.  I prefer for it to not be commented on or for vertically challenged to be used.  Grrr....he gave me a hug whilst he said it.  I guess I'm too cute for my own good.  #humilitybylindsay

#artsymetros - all metro stations are covered in modern art.  It is realllly cool.

#metrostation - this metro station contains the original pieces from an ancient temple that stood on the site.  The pieces were incorporated into the art in the station
